Issues with the app

Sometimes it's hard to understand why issues appear when you are using te app. There are several steps you can undertake to solve your problems:

  1. Close the app and restart the app.
  2. Are your login details similar like your original premium account details? Check wether you used the correct e-mail address and password.
  3. Check wether there is an update available in the app store and update your app. 
  4. Try to clear the cache and data. (Follow instructions on this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/)
  5. Remove and re-instal the app.
