I am unable to use my premium features

We understand that sometimes you may encounter challenges with your Routiq premium features. Please follow the steps outlined below to resolve such issues:

1. Confirm Your Premium Account Status

To verify your premium account status, please follow these steps:

Here, you should be able to see whether your account is active or not. If you're not able to see your premium status, please proceed to the next step.


2. Use the "Restore Purchase" Option

If your premium account is not reflecting, we recommend using the "Restore Purchase" feature. Here's how:

  • Go to your account settings.
  • Find and click on the "Restore Purchase" button.

This action prompts our system to sync with your purchase history and update your account accordingly. If this doesn't resolve the issue, move on to the next step.

3. Verify Your Login Details

The Routiq premium features are associated with the account that you used to purchase them. Make sure you're logged in with the right account. If you can't recall, follow these steps:

  • You can check which account you are logged in with by going to the my account page or go to the "more" tab in the app.
  • Try logging out of the current account.
  • Log back in with each of your different accounts, one by one. This includes your email addresses, Facebook, Google, and Apple accounts.

Remember to check your premium features after logging in with each account.
