How to cancel my premium subscription

Routiq strives to offer flexibility to its users through several premium subscription providers. If you decide to discontinue your Routiq Premium subscription, the process varies based on your premium provider. Below you'll find detailed instructions on how to cancel your Routiq premium subscription if you're subscribed through Stripe or iTunes/Apple.

If you don't have a Routiq account anymore or forgot your account you can follow these steps.

Via Stripe (Website and Android)

If your Routiq Premium subscription is managed through Stripe, you can cancel your subscription from the Routiq website or the Android app.

Website:

  1. Visit the Routiq website and log into your account.
  2. Click on "My Account" in the navigation bar.
  3. Locate the "Cancel my subscription" option and click on it.

Android:

  1. Log into your Routiq account on your Android device.
  2. Tap on "More" in the menu.
  3. Scroll down to "Premium Management".
  4. Click on "Cancel my subscription"

Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Via iTunes/Apple

If your Routiq Premium subscription is managed through iTunes/Apple, you can cancel your subscription following the steps below. Please note, this is only possible if you are on a device with the Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription.

After cancellation, you'll still have access to the Routiq Premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Routiq has a specific refund policy in place. If your subscription has been active for longer than one year and you decide to cancel it, you will be eligible for a refund for the remaining months. Your subscription will end at the end of the current month in which you cancel.

However, if you're still within the first year of your subscription, upon cancellation, your subscription will end one year after the start of the subscription, and no refund will be applicable.

Remember that cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
